Radiometric dating of glauconite using 40Ar/39Ar technique. Sequence stratigraphy of glauconitic horizons in Cauvery, Kutch and Narmada basins. Origin, stratigraphic implications and geochemistry of Precambrian glauconite in Bhima, Vindhyan, Cuddapah and Pranhita-Godavari basins. Chloritization of glauconite in Proterozoic Bhima and Maastrichtian Mahadek Basin in India. Palaeoenvironmental and palaeoclimatic constraints on the formation authigenic green-silicates.
